Refund policy

We want your experience at Poppy Lane Boutique to be amazing! We hope that you are happy with each item you receive but if you’re not, we are here to make returns as easy as possible for you. All return policies are listed below.
Returns: 
You have 14 days from the date of the receipt to return your item for ONLINE CREDIT. 
Please include your name, email, order number, address, as well as why you are returning the item. The item must be in original condition, tags attached, unworn and unwashed.  No exceptions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
NOTE: If an item is missing from your order, or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.
 
  • All Sale Items, Clearance, Bralettes, Scarves, Hats and Jewelry are Final Sale and can not be returned.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the item(s) are returned after 14 days of the original receipt, original tags are removed, or items have been washed, worn, have a stain, covered in pet hair, altered smell, altered from the original condition in any way, or were a final sale item. 

Cost of shipping is non-refundable.  If your return is rejected, your item can be returned to you at your expense.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing returns once we receive them.
